Come to cook. Stay and eat.

We'll spend the day making a soul- and belly-filling meal while learning the history, sources, and meanings of the dishes and ingredients.
We will begin cooking and learning at 10:00 AM, and will end the day with a family-style meal at 6:00 PM.
Space is limited to 10 participants.
$150 per person. Includes lecture, food preparation, and feasting. Scholarships available: contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
